I need to make a return. Where do I go?

First of all... thank you for giving OneBlade a shot! Changing the way you shave and the tools involved in something so routine as... well, as your morning routine... can be a lot to ask of anyone.

If you still think you might be on the fence with your return, be sure you check out all our How-to resources listed below. After all, the regular return window on OneBlade razors is 60 days*, and we hope you'll use up every one of your included Feather FHS-10 blades as you decide if OneBlade is right for you!

There's a good chance that with a slight change in the way you're holding your razor, the way you're prepping your skin, or in the number of passes you make you could see a complete turnaround in the results from your OneBlade razor.

Totally fine, we get it. Some things just aren't meant to be. 

Just head over to our returns center (returns.onebladeshave.com) and have your email address and/or order number ready. Be sure to use the email address you provided us at checkout. Not sure which one that was? It'll be the one where you received all your OneBlade order confirmation and shipping confirmation updates.

After you follow all the steps in the returns center you'll be provided a download link for your return shipping label. You'll also notice something about instant store credit for an exchange. That's not your refund--that's just a convenient way to shop using your credit on the return before the returned OneBlade product comes back to us. Not to worry, you'll get your refund back to your payment method within 5-7 days after the return is checked in at our warehouse.

*Customers who participate in the OneBlade 30-Day Trial have a 30-day return window to avoid their charge for their trial razor. As long as a trial razor return tracking info shows that it was shipped back to OneBlade before the end of the 30 days, that trial will be eligible for a free return, even if the razor doesn't arrive back before the end of 30 days. An automatic charge may still be placed on the customer's credit card, but will be refunded as soon as the trial razor is checked in at our warehouse. See full trial terms and conditions here.
